The ESS-GRID FlexiO is an air-cooled commercial and industrial energy storage system featuring a split PCS and battery cabinet design for flexible 1+N scalability. Compatible with solar PV, diesel generators, and the grid, it delivers reliable, stable power for microgrids, remote sites, manufacturing plants, farms, and EV charging stations.

Scalable Energy Expansion

Smart Cooling & Quiet Operation
Equipped with a 3 kW air-cooling system, the ESS-GRID FlexiO maintains optimal operating temperatures while keeping noise levels below 78 dB, ensuring quiet, efficient, and reliable energy storage for commercial and industrial applications.

Compact, All-in-One Energy Storage Design
The ESS-GRID FlexiO integrates battery modules, BMS, and cooling system within a single cabinet (1850 × 1430 × 2300 mm, 3310 kg), enabling quick installation, easy maintenance, and streamlined commercial and industrial energy management.
Intelligent Power Management
The ESS-GRID FlexiO supports a maximum 157 A charge/discharge current and features CAN-based BMS communication, providing precise monitoring, advanced protection, and efficient power management for commercial and industrial energy storage systems.
DC-Side Expansion for Extended Backup Power
Add additional ESS-GRID 241C battery cabinets (241 kWh each at 768 V) to expand energy storage and extend backup runtime. By combining multiple cabinets, the system can deliver 2–4 hours of continuous power, making it ideal for industrial production, data centers, commercial facilities, and other critical applications requiring reliable and uninterrupted energy.
AC-Side Expansion for Increased Power Capacity
Connect up to two ESS-GRID FlexiO systems in parallel to scale power from 500 kW to 1 MW with a total storage capacity of 3.8 MWh. This configuration is ideal for manufacturing plants, EV charging stations, and microgrid applications, providing reliable, high-power energy delivery when it matters most.
